Doesnt even let me pay rent anymore

Just an ok app. Does what its supposed to do. However, I find it quite annoying that you must type your username and password in each time you want to log in.

Cant do a thing!

Warning there is a $106 service fee to use this service. Massive rip off considering venmo is free.

My fee is only $1.99 so Im not sure what these other reviewers are talking about. Definitely worth it since I can set it up for auto withdraw.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND EFFORT!! Completely incompetent and incapable system, if any problem occurs. Not to mention the 18-28 dollar charge depending on payment method. Atrocious, despicable, and unreliable. Balances are not updated and only reflect "renter profile". This is a third party that is third party for a reason and your call center being rude doesnt help.

Do not download this app!!! I sent my rent to this third party and my apt. complex did not receive this months rent. Thanx to this app I just got an eviction letter and I dont know where my money is that came out of my account.

This app is definitely a lot better than the terrible rent payment web portal but its missing something vital. Saved login. If it could save my login info and not make me enter it every time or at least use Touch ID to let me log in faster then it would get five stars.

This app is nice and an easy way to get your rent paid but needs some updating. One thing I wish they had was a pop up or notification that let you know upon manually paying for rent asking you if "you are sure you want to make this payment because you already have a payment scheduled for whatever date". I made the mistake of paying twice. Now I am waiting for a check that I have no idea I will get. The system should already now that you have a payment that is being sent out so you dont double pay and if you actually want to over pay, there should be an option for that. #IJS

KEEPS telling me my state code is invalid so I have to call custom service every month so they can make the payment over the phone

App doesnt even work. Downloaded it and tried to pay and every time I hit send payment it tells me my state code is invalid. You would think if you were going to make an app that you would make sure it works first. Oh well.

A few weeks back, I paid rent with this app because i was out of town and didnt have access to my checkbook. I ate the ridiculous $50 convenience fee because I was in a bind and had no choice. Today I received an eviction notice from my landlord for nonpayment of rent. I just sent him a copy of the receipt confirming that I paid with this stupid app, but I cant believe how unreliable payment through this crap app is. Stay away from this app!

I cant pay my Rent with this app.

This app does not work- each time I attempt to submit my payment an error "invalid line item Payment Amount" occurs. I wish this bug would be properly fixed, as this app would have been very convenient.

This is the worst app that I have ever used. Wont let me pay my bills or even log in. I wouldnt even give it any stars if I could.

This app does not work. WASTE OF TIME!! I called customer service and the response was to use the website because the app doesnt always work. Doesnt sound like they are planning on fixing it.

App cant find my apartment complex, says it doesnt exist. My apartment complex sent a letter saying to go here to pay the rent. Doesnt add up. Management fee is a joke. Why pay the fee when I can walk my check down to the office in 2 minutes.???

This app is a joke,it has a bug that you cant typing in amount more than 99 dollars.

The app is great one you login. But the problem is that I have to login. And there is no auto fill or integration with any password manager. Every password I use is unique and impossible to remember. So in order for me to even use the app, I have to open up my computer, lookup the password from my keychain (password manager), then manually enter it into the app login screen. Its way easier to just login from my computer. If they could make it easy to login, like via the finger print scanner, Id give this app 5 stars. But until then, its unusable.
