I downloaded RentPayment to pay rent. It does not let you pay rent. This is a problem! Cant find my credit card. Add credit card. Card already on file. Still cant pay with card. Rinse. Repeat. Email support. Day later. Please email us your account #, address, and full credit card #. Haha noooooo thank you.

OK so I have paid my rent through their website for years. Then I found out about the app. I said great Ill try it. The problem I have is this. I have two checking accounts its not telling me which checking account the money is being drawn from. In addition when you go to the website to delete the checking account that you dont want to use, it wont allow you to do that. So I guess Ill still use the website and not win the $2000 which I really wanted for the purchase of a puppy for my hamster. No big deal I think you guys can figure this out I will use it next month after I talk to somebody about deleting one of the two checking accounts I use to pay rent.

The fees being offered by this company to process Credit Card payments are beyond insane. These are the costs of a nice dinner out…I would highly recommend using another option such as bringing in a check to your landlord.

Downloaded the app for chance to win $2000. Logged in just fine. All information was there. A bit confusing on how to pay. It shows the current balance that you owe, but its not obvious on what to do. Theres no submit payment button or anything. You just have to manually enter how much you owe in the outstanding balance box, which at first glance just looks like a box showing your outstanding balance, even though it shows zero initially. After that it was easy. Comparatively, the website is more simplistic and straightforward. Honestly not sure why an app is needed for this. But I guess if I win the $2000 it was worth it.

Read the other reviews and took note of it for when I try the app. Not sure what the issue is for the other users or maybe its a problem with their phone/tablet using the app, but I had no issues using this on my iPhone. It had all my stored payment information which allowed me to pay for my rent using my bank account (no fee!!!) instead of my debit card. Ive been paying my rent like this for about a year and a half now with no issues. Perhaps the programmers fixed the bugs prior to me using it, but I literally paid my rent in less than 15 seconds with this app. I took a screenshot too that shows the name of my complex, my unit number, the amount paid, and the reference number for my transaction as a "receipt".

All I had to do was login like I would the website, say how much I wanted to pay, pick an account and submit. It was very smooth for me. Ill use it again.

The Rentpayment app was so easy! Usually I would try to log in on the browser which was also easy but this was amazingly fast! Thanks for making our rent payments a breeze!

I started using RentPayment over a year ago and was only charged a $2 fee to pay electronically then all of a sudden two months ago it jumped to $9! That is insane just to process a payment! I now drop off a check to my landlord which is not convenient for my work schedule but I refuse to pay $9 for processing!

The app does exactly what it suppose to do on my phone. Other people say there is a fee. I have never paid a fee.

Okay app. It lets you pay your rent quickly if you have things set up, but the app really needs some work beyond that. For example, it doesnt tell you how much you owe on your account until the 2nd day of the month which is ridiculous! The total amount owed should be available and visible PRIOR to the 1st day of the month (when your rent is actually due). Also, I dont get a text confirmation when I pay thru the app the way I do when I pay online. There should be an option for this. If they fix some of these simple things Ill rate it higher and use it again. In the meantime Ill keep paying my rent online.

There is absolutely no hassle using the app version, using the website is is easy, but now it just got easy-er!

$25 fee?? No way!! Mailing a check is better

The only reason I still use a browser to access RentPayment is because theres no option to report to the credit bureau when I use the app.

When I try to input the amount to pay, the keyboard keeps jumping back to alpha from numeric after each digit is inputted.
