It just allow us to enter as much as up to $99.99, really a joke, and quite useless!

I forgot my password and they don’t have a way get it without going to their website which is stupid, otherwise my rent went through so that was good.

It was a good app I loved it until recently it kept crashing on me

The entire point of RentPayment is to extradite the process of... You guessed it... Paying your rent! Why then does the app crash every time I click the entry box to input my payment amount? Because RentPayment needs a terrible companion to its useless website.

This would be better if we had the option to click Transunion reporting through the app instead of having to go on the website. It kind of makes the app useless.

Love the concept and looks all pretty but crashes every time I try to use it. Just go to the website.

Press rent pay. Try to enter your rent amount. It s gone

I never write reviews, but this warrants my time. It asks for my username when it means my email. It isnt ready for the iOS update. I never got to pay my rent at all. This is a company that wants to be in charge of my credit card transactions?

I cannot use my entry code for the PAYMYRENT sweepstakes in the app, so two chances to win Ive missed out on. Needs a field for promo code before submitting payments.

Your app is broken you need to fix it

I love this app. You have a feeling of luxury right when you enter it. It saves all my payment forms easily and even reminds me when to pay every month through push notifications and a text. Between the amazing UI and the convenience this will quickly become one of my favorite apps! A must have for any renter!

1. I need to log in every time I open the app. 2.I cant pay the rent over $99.99. The amount is limited.

App doesnt allow me to select my bank account as a payment (the one I use online) - list is empty and has only add payment method link.

I usually pay online through the site, but decided to give the app a try. Theres a $39.95 service fee vs $4.95 online. Why the huge difference? Definitely not worth the convenience, deleted!

Confirmation links are required for payment and are not mobile friendly. It will say your payment is confirmed when its not.

I just paid my rent in 30 seconds! Like many busy people these days, I need an app that will help me handle administrative chores with ease. The Rent Payment app absolutely addresses that need. Its actually quicker than me logging into my banking app. You can select/add new payment methods, see your payment history, and set up reminders. Before, you could not select a specific day for the reminders (think it was just first day of month) but now you can select any day of the month. Great improvement. Highly recommend this app!!

3% total rent payment surcharge? Are you kidding? No. If you dont accept electronic checks, you are receiving free money for nothing (otherwise known as corporate racketeering). How did this application even get by Apple...

Besides the fact they tried to charge me $49 to pay my rent here this app needs help in other ways. The web page works better than the app. The app searches for your complex then it finds it, claims you already have an account, then asks for your existing login information. The parent company is supposed to have this? Over it. It should just link up with the company once you input the address or allow each tenant to creat there own account. This app is not ready for prime time.

Quick and easy!! This app is a dream come true!! Not even over exaggerating. Its nice and simple.
