I used to venmo cash to my roommate so he could cover my part of the rent since I dont have checks. Now our landlord lets us pay through this app so I can use my card instead (like a normal person in 2016 lol). Where was this app for the past 3 years?

I like the idea of paying through an app and the reminders are helpful. I dont like the service fee or that you cant delete a bank account even if youve closed that account.

Unable to use and high electric fee to pay. Useless app

This would be better if we had the option to click Transunion reporting through the app instead of having to go on the website. It kind of makes the app useless. Also, in the latest update it says that it added a check capture feature, but this feature is nowhere to be found on the app! Please fix!!!

I downloaded this to avoid having to get a money order for my rent every month. I try make my account, select where I live, go to login and it tells me "missing address1" Doesnt show whats missing. Doesnt tell me where to go of what to fix. This app would save a lot of people a lot of time. Please fix.

can never log in, states information is wrong every time. Have to register every month to make a payment, worst app ever

App would be better if you could edit the amount due like you can on the website. Instead it wont continue on if where you live has not submitted your amount due.

The only reason I even use this overpriced app is when I cant make it to the bank or when Im not in town to pay. It charges way to much and is constantly a problem.

It didnt support TouchId. Not support any other card except visa and master card.

Works fine. Better than the website actually.

-Extremely high convenience fee to pay with a credit or debit card (approx $60), only free if using e-check. -when I hit "submit payment", screen grays out -called customer service because my payment wouldnt go through on the app, they are only allowed to make payment via credit card for you and you get charged the $$$ fee -would give no stars if possible

I pay my rent bi-monthly, abs it wasnt giving me any issues as of the last 6 months. But now every time I try to make payments, it says Im making a duplicate payment and doesnt let me pay my rent on the app. So I have to go to my computer and do it. Please fix this issue.

I see many negatives comments. I tried it by myself. All is working. I paid it on time for first time. I dont see any problem.

The app appears nice and easy. The point is to easily pay my rent. I can add a credit card etc. However when I go to pay rent it doesnt allow me to pay. I always have to call. Cant get this to work.

Completely useless when auto pay never works.

It pays rent. On time. Easily. Too many negative reviews for this app. What more do you want from an app? Its not gonna cook you breakfast.

Great app I havent had any problems using or paying. Its so convenient and accurate its a great addition and makes life easier. Ideal management so far 14-11

Technically it works to pay your rent. But at this day in age. It doesnt even offer a remember me for log in. Or even apple Touch ID. Also it waits to the very VERY last day to let you pay your rent. So if you want to pay it any earlier even 1 day. Youre out of luck.

Charging $38 is overly expensive. We are making it for the landlord to receive Payments. This is a major convenience for them. I question this business model. The cost should be passed on to the landlord.

Sleek design but missing basic functionality of saving logins and touch IDs... not acceptable in 2016
